How do I stop getting email notifications from DK every time someone posts something to the forums?

Go into the settings, select email and you can check off what you want to receive. Like you probably want to receive notifications from AdinaP, especially with the new platform change that is coming soon.

Also, if you don't want to be notified every time someone starts a new forum discussion, go to the "Forum" tab up top, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Stop Following". 

If you comment in a discussion, and you don't want to an email notification every time someone else comments, click "stop Following" for that discussion. 

Same thing with Groups and blogs; each has their own option to Follow or Stop Following.

You can also can set the schedule of receiving e-mails in a group - I have mine set at once a day.  I open one e-mail and whatever has happened on dk is grouped.  Wish I could figure out how to do that on FB.

I changed my setting last year as I was getting too many emails.  However, since doing that I find I am missing some things and do not catch them until latter.  I guess pros & cons.
