I have been told not to over exercise my puppy and to limit walks to 20 mins twice a day gradually building up as she gets older. I am interested to know what all you experts think about this.

Our vet said walk several times a day, limit to 30 min if walking on concrete. It's the hard impact of walkng on concrete that can create problems.
