F1B 75% English Retriever and 25% Poodle?

I am picking up my beautiful girl this weekend.  I was wondering if anyone has the same kind of back cross?  The picture of her is my profile picture.  Any others have doodles that looked like that as a puppy? (she is 5 weeks in the picture) Thanks!

I wondered the exact same thing when I saw this... The only benefit I can see to this is you may get a dog with a slimmer build than an English retriever since they tend to be very stocky.

The mother is a goldendoodle with an extremely curly coat. The dad is a very mellow english cream. I am actually very excited that I happened upon this exact mix. I was hoping for a straighter coat with more retriever personality. I trust the breeder as I have visited multiple times. :)

Regardless, it really depends on personality, not looks. Your relationship, not looks.

I have an English F1B but she is not 75% retriever. I agree with the others, that's a bit of an odd mix to breed but if it fits what you are looking for then that's great. Having just a 25% poodle mix takes away a lot of the benefits that draw people to doodles in the first place.

I went digging online to see if I could find something helpful for you but all of the information on F1B's are all 75% poodle, 25% retriever. Looks like the mix you are getting is quite rare so there isn't much out there on them. But she is super cute. She looks like my Golden Retriever when she was a puppy.
