FALL COAT VOTE!!

So I found these GREAT coats at TJ MAXX for an unbelievable price of $14.99, they are really nice.  But I am not sure if a Medium or Large for Bandit.  And I am not sure the color of the one for Rosey and it might be a bit small for her...  Can you guys let me know if you think I should go with the medium or large and the pink/grey one at all for Rosey??

 

LARGE - he won't get any bigger it's a bit loose but maybe too sloppy??

 

 

This is the medium it's a nice snug fit - but maybe too small???

Or if it might be too small - I think the end of the coat should hit the top of her tail...

So, I now realize I HAVE to get a fall and a winter coat for Rua. We live in Omaha Nebraska...the leaves will be dropping soon and then the snow will fly. Given Rua is 4.2 lbs now and I have NO idea how big she will end up, how in the world am I going to be prepared? Please realize this, I am an accountant...I like to research and plan everything and I am quite unsettled over this issue.

You see all the time where people pass on clothing their "babies" have outgrown. Does DK have a place people can request or post items/things they need/have - the individuals can reach an arrangement to cover shipping expense at a fraction of the cost of new? For example, I know that whatever I get for this fall or winter won't be big enough for next year, so perhaps someone has something their Doodle has outgrown and is "gently used" that might work for Rua?

Thoughts on this?

A good idea, I though about this too. Maybe add as a new discussion. I personally don't have anything that small:) But good news is that stores like TJ MAXX, Tuesday Morning, even Walmarts and stuff have relatively inexpensive items and especially in small sizes. I found some cute doggie rain jackets at Big Lots for lik $5!! And, keep checking Old Navy too! Good Luck!
