I'm so glad to hear this! I had first hand experience with the Dept. of Kennel Licensing and Inspections in PA in 2010 and the people I dealt with including the Dept. head at the time were compassionate and passionate about inspections and were trying to make a difference.  Corbett came in, gutted the department, appointed that lackey and virtually stopped inspections and any progress that had been made, and the puppy mills had a haven once again. I can't print what I think of that man! Very encouraging news!
