Be honest, you may have been a savy dog owner before you came here--would you know how to laugh, learn, and love this much without DK?

Members share valuable information that make our lives with our doodles so much better.

It is time we give back to those members who answer our blog post when we desperately need help. Those who look at our silly pictures, answer our emails, and are just there when we need them. If you looked at the members working hard at the www.doodlerescuecollective.ning.com you will find those same people who have helped you. They NEED OUR HELP --GIVE BACK TO YOUR DOODLE COMMUNITY

We have until December 20th to vote. We have been in 8th place for a few weeks. We came so far. I am proud of all who have gotten us into the top 150 out of 4000 and the top ten in the State of NJ out of 50. You know how to vote, keep voting.

You gotta take them where you get them! Sounds like you are doing a wonderful job. I just keep thinking of that original photo that was posted on the website of her with her long curls and her smile, and I just can't imagine what a trouble soul she really is! I am just so happy that you are working with her and she will become the picture that I have in my mind of her!

She is an internalizer--Spud is external. Ying Yang to the nth degree in these dogs.
If she wants to tune you out--she will put her paws over her eyes. She tells me when enough is enough but that is not so often now. She does do this to Spud. He loves her so much but he is overbearing sometimes. He is learning to back off. She puts him on ignore. Hysterical.

I think she is smart. Hmmmmm. She knows very well what she is doing and learns fast.

I got another cat today.
Jackdoodle actually played with his "Hide-a-Squirrel" last night! He hasn't touched it in months. He must have been picking up signals from Lace, or vice versa! Or maybe he is hinting that he would like some new toys for Hannukah, which starts this Friday night. And I did not buy him a gift yet.
We have a winter storm going on as I speak. They are advising that you do not drive if it isn't absolutely necessary. The pet supply store is not all that far... would a Hannukah gift for a doodle qualify as a necessity, do you think?

Go to Amazon instead. Jack would rather have you safe and sound than a new toy, anyhow. I did get 2 Skineeze for the doods. Like they ever know what day it is.

LOL- that really was my fault...I didn't mention voting.
The last thing in the world I will ever get is another cat. I am not a cat person, she was purchased as a gift for my poodle who has been at the Bridge for more than 4 years now. . Dinah is very nice, but between the litter box, the hairballs, and the unbelievable amounts of Angora fur all over everything, I have had enough cat to last me a lifetime.
