Handsome male 18 month old goldendoodle available in the Las Vegas, NV area.  He is housetrained, neutered, shots up to date, and chipped.  He is a wildboy at times and will need more training.  Small children not advised as he is a tall strong doodle.  Adoption fee applies.  Message me if interested.

Robert, are you a breeder? Is this your own dog you are trying to rehome? Either way, you cannot post dogs for sale here in the main forum. (Calling it an "adoption fee" doesn't change that.)

The safest way to rehome a doodle is through one of the registered not-for-profit doodle rescue groups, IDOG or DRC.

These two groups do not even do a home check .  No thanks.... This site is confusing where to post this type of message.  And no I am not a breeder.  If I were Id be selling puppies.  Trying to find this dog a proper home.  Since doodle lovers are here posting here made sense.

Both IDOG and DRC certainly do home checks, as well as vet reference checks and personal reference checks, and many interviews. And the dog has a lifetime safety net from being passed from home to home, exactly like what is happening to the poor dog you're trying to rehome.

Countless dogs have ended up in laboratories, fighting dog rings, and in hoarding/neglect/abuse situations from being rehomed on Criag's List. The fact that you got your dogs that way doesn't change that fact.

Hi Robert. If you purchased your doodle from a breeder, I would contact your breeder first, as many breeders are happy to try to find a new home for their dogs. Some, actually, stipulate this in their contracts. If that doesn't yield results, try IDOG or DRC, as Karen suggested.  And, please do not advertise on Craigslist, unless you want to run the risk of your handsome boy ending up as bait for fighting dogs.

No, got him from a pregnant lady who was  desperate to find him another home.  She was going to take him to the kill shelter.  She drugged the dog to keep him calm and then when it wore off this guy's true nature came through.  Craigslist is fine found 2 doodles there with nice people.

I don't think anyone is saying it is dangerous to buy through Craigslist.  Only that selling dogs on Craiglist has risks worth considering.

There are similar articles all over the internet.

In any case, this whole post needs to be taken to the Goldendoodle Puppies for Sale group.
