Goofy Sitting Habits?

Does anyone else's doodle sit like a person on the couch or in the car? I am assuming this is a doodley thing but after searching the forum I'm not sure?

Sophie sits on her hind end like she's a person. It cracks me up!!

Great photos !!  Our Dood doesnt sit like that in the car but does get tons of attention when sitting in the front seat of the car.  Its so much fun watching others reactions and comments when they see her!  Hehe

[KAHLUA]

Kahlua has this ritual (or should I say her ritual for us), I can be sitting on the couch next to my husband and I'll call her to sit on the other side of me.  She'll ignore my patting on the couch and go over to my husbands side and put her back to both of us, but close enough for my husband to pat her head.  Then she she'll look over her shoulder at me and I'll say come here and she'll turn her head and look the other way.  We do this a couple of times, until I move over (and I can just move over JUST enough that she'll squeeze between us) and she instantly will jump on the couch, put her back to my husband and lean back (with all her weight, like she's in a recliner) and face me and say (by the look on her face), okay you can rub my belly now.  If I don't, she will lay her paw on my shoulder until I rub her belly.  So here we sit, my husband being squished (and loving it) by a 95lb hairy dog, Kahlua contently having her belly rubbed and me all on 2/3 of the couch.

She also does this on the stairs, a bit like Vern's chair sitting position:
