Groomer in Pittsburgh, PA Area

Our mini-goldendoodle, Truman, needs a summer haircut (his first). Can anyone recommend a groomer in the Pittsburgh area that is familiar with grooming goldendoodles?

Kyoko is a friend of mine and lives in Penn Hills. I will send her your way and she can give recommendations. She is a member here. I live 32 miles NE and I use Hungry Hollow Hounds, and I love Debbie there. She is wonderful with Lucy. She is in Leechburg though and I don't think you would want to go that far.

HI, Jim.
I took mine to Pet Smart and this lady named Roxanne did her grooming. This was Charlie's first haircut, too.
I was not sure at first to get it done at Pet Smart. We only went there so that Charlie can see the other dogs getting groomed. There, Roxanne came out, explain things to me, answered questions, played with Charlie, etc... So I decided to let Roxane do her cut and made an appointment. You can see the "after" picture on my page. See if you like that cut or not. If you like it, give Roxanne a call at Monroeville Pet Smart.
