You started off as such a black little puppy.  I always wanted a shinny black puppy.  13 years later, and a whole lot of gray fur, you still are the sweetest puppy anyone could ever want.   We love you.  There is a steak in the fridge for you tonight.

I'm not sure.  I truly think a small part of him will believe your post.  Unless of course he remembers it's April Fool's Day!  Yesterday, I picked up a check from the selling of our land.  I texted him and told him I bought a sports car with it and I'd take him for a ride when he got home from work.  I think he believed me for a moment or two.  I hope he doesn't read this!  In case he does I say...No honey, your not completely gullible!  Hee Hee
