Happy Hannukah! Jackdoodle doesn't know it's Hannukah, he got all the presents he needs on his birthday Sunday, and I'm not even sure he's Jewish.
I got a beautiful pair of PJs, however. :)

I need to start wearing regular PJs. I sleep in T-shirts and light weight sweat pants. That way I don't have to get dressed in the morning until I feel like it....how bad is that! I think DH would have "the big one" if I showed up for bed in regular (aka "nice") PJs. I'm going to have to give that a try.

JANE!!! ROFLOL!! You are hysterical!! I sleep in sweats too, I mean what if the doodles have to go outside in the middle of the night??? Bandy can't wait for mom to get dressed to potty!!

Exactly, Suzann! I have a drawer full of PJs that DH has bought for me over the years. I keep saying I'm saving them in case I ever get sick....I'll need them in the hospital (actually that sounds like something my Mother would have said). The sweats just sort of "feel right".

OMD! You are killin' me, if I was in the hospital I think I would still wear my sweats!! But I will keep all of my "gifts" too in case the dress code changes!!

You two crack me up... Count me in! guess there's more of us out there than those who sleep in those 'uncomfortable' pjs! Right now I'm actually in shorts and a tee shirt for pjs.. can't believe how warm it is.. well lately.. it's been really warm when I sleep any way! And after 27 years of marriage, who needs those pjs sitting in the draw! (So how did our Hanukah wishes get side tracked into "PJ Talk"? LOL)

shelly, I believe it was Karen that started that one, lol, she said she got a new pair of PJ's tonight, and said I needed them, and it went from there. I must say, I have been married going on 40 yrs in
april, and I love sleeping in sweats, always have and alway will, lol, I love the soft fleecy pj's too. Yes we live in florida, but on a night like tonight, it is going down to 40 tonight, so out come my warm pj's or swets and my down comforter, lol....I look forward to this every year, lol

You can walk a dog in PJs, too, you know, especially in winter. Coats cover up most of it, boots a little more, and I see teenage girls running around in what look like pajama pants all the time; let them think I'm just a fashionista.
My winter PJs are all microfleece or that marshmallow stuff. They feel like heaven on your skin, and they're toasty warm. I collect sleepwear like other women collect shoes; you never have any trouble finding a pair that fit, either!
My new ones are brushed micofleece, charcoal with a pattern of cherry blossoms all over, and softer than a doodle!
