HELP Add Comments Box Problems

Everytime I add a comment or respond to a comment on My Page the box freezes and won't scroll down. I have to type blind. Anyone else experience this??

I'm not sure why Tech Support says "those two members" when there were at least 7 people who mentioned having this problem? I did an experiment yesterday and found that the bouncing and lack of scrolling down always begins on line 8 in the Comments box and continues from that point on-at least for me. Just thinking that if Tech Support didn't type down that far they may not have encountered the issue.

The "bouncing" is hard to describe but what happens on line 8 is that the page not only doesn't scroll down but with every character typed the entire note jumps up and down. So you can't see what you are typing because what you see is this bouncing up into the previous text with each keystroke.

If this is not clear or helpful for tech support I can try to take a video of it. It is really weird. I'm sure the techies would love to see it! :)

Adina, I added a video today of the bouncing. It is not real clear but it shows the bounce pretty well. If you watch the line where I am typing you can see text bouncing in and out of that line BEYOND where my cursor is currently positioned. This is text from the message above bouncing down.

This is exactly what happens to me. But I notice it seems to happen after I have made an error in my typing and have to go back and correct something...it seems to happen after that.
It also happens most when I am sending a PM through my inbox.

I'm going to have to watch to see if correcting an error is a factor in my situation. I don't think so though because it always seems to start on line #8. Unless that is the point when I start making errors. I am pretty sure it is much sooner than that though! :)

Ricki...Tech Support is referring to "THOSE TWO" because it is probably Tara and Bandit who are burning up the computer links!!!!! ha ha How is the love affair doing with all these problems? Kisses on the noses of both the cute couple!

Ha Ha!!! I'll bet you're RIGHT about it being those two little love doodles!! They are still meeting in the ivy in their dreams every night but it has been tough to get message back and forth. Both of them are getting "crazy eyes" as they call it, from the bouncing. Hopefully we can get it resolved for them!!

Those two!! I am soo sure! how could these cute little doods who only care about L-O-V-E cause sooo much trouble!! Good news is we can use FireFox with no issues and spell check... okay, that might not such a good thing. I think we need some insight into Gracie's love life! Ha Ha!! Bandit gives Gracie a little kiss for all her nursin too!

I always use Firefox...never Explorer. My daughter who runs a website business doesn't even use Explorer nor my son-in-law who is a game developer. They are the ones who converted me. My husband still uses Explorer and he has trouble all the time but he is too stubborn to change.

Gracie Doodles love life is NOT! All of her friends are girls other than her two BFFs Little Ned and Clancy. But Gracie is a year older and much larger. She is considered to be "the older Woman"! It is interesting how she usually only wants to play with the girl dogs and gravitates towards them. All the males want to do is hump her! That is not allowed!!! Because of that she avoids them. We have about 10 dogs in our cul de sac and they are all females. Hope the two little Love Doods are hanging in there with all the computer problems. They should have a photo hanging in their crate of each other so that can be the last thing they see before they nod of to sweet dream land! If they ever actually meet...I just have to be there!!

Yes, I usually use FireFox at work. I will install FF on my home computer for sure.

So I thought Gracie was Clancy or Murphy's GF!! Oh my how the love rumors swirl on DK! We have pics on our computer of Ms. Tara. Bandit has a fetish with paper so he would probably just eat her if he had a pic! He doesn't sleep in a crate either, he would if he had too but typically behind the couch or cuddled up with me in bed!

We will definitely let you know if a Tara Bandy romp will ever happen!! I know Rosey would be great galpals with Gracie, she seems to have a lot of similarities!! Balls, fashion.... overall beauty!! ha aha

If the 4 of them ever got together Bandy and Tara would probably snuggle up together and watch Rosey and Gracie playing as a spectator sport!!! Latest DK couple rumor: Penny the Wonder Dog and Darwin!! Yes!!! They are even wearing matching costumes for Howl-o-ween! Nerds!! There is some discussion about this match on the Halloween Costume Discussion...but you didn't hear it from me...:)

Yep I totally agree!! Bandit would love to have someone his "own" size to play and then just hang with. Rosey and Gracie would just be off playin' and talkin' about all the hot DK doodle boys ha ha!

I will have to go investigate this latest doodle love rumor!
