Help me pick a name please?

So I am thinking about starting my own little dog walking business. I have been thinking about this for some time, and I've done a lot of research into how to go about it. What I will need, insurance, etc. I have been taking a few dogs lately, just to see if:

1. I would enjoy it.

2. I could handle it

I absolutely enjoy dogs and walking and after having a few different dogs the last few weeks I know I can handle dogs other than my own quite well and even several at a time. I walked Max all but three days this winter so I know that I can handle walking in all kinds of weather. 

I have a list of things I will need to do, including website, facebook, email. Many leashes and lots and lots of poop bags. A questionnaire for potential customers so I can get to know their dogs a little bit before I take them out, like a list of likes and dislikes, if they have fears, if they are reactive, how are they with other dogs, if they would need to be walked alone. How much exercise do they currently get. Do they have up to date vaccines or titers. Do they have any health issues I need to know about. This is just a start of course. 

I am still in the planning stages but the one thing I'm having a hard time with is thinking of a good name.

If any of you creative people here (and I know there are many) have any ideas for a good name for a dog walking business I would really appreciate the help. :)

I'm not the least bit creative so can't help there, but I do wish you a lot of success with this. One thing I would do is look into liability insurance. It's important when you have any kind of business, and especially when other people's beloved dogs are involved. Unfortunately, we are a litigious society. :)

Thank you Karen :) Like I said I've been doing a lot of research and I know that I would need insurance. God forbid anything happen to any dog that I was caring for, I would feel utterly terrible but I know that it is probably the most important thing about a dog walking business to have insurance just in case. I went to school for business, but I haven't worked for a few years due to health issues. Now that I am feeling better I would love to work again. It's so difficult to find a job now that would be what I wanted, and I just don't want to do accounting which is what I went to school for. I also taught piano for many years, but I really don't want to get back into that either as it can be stressful if the kids don't want to be there, or aren't practicing and the parents are putting a lot of pressure on them. I feel like walking dogs would be great for me. It would keep me in shape, and I just love spending time with dogs probably more than anything else.

Ok, reading the title I thought you were getting another puppy!  LOL

One more thing to consider is to get yourself a criminal reference check so that you can be bondable.  I would guess that most people will want to you to pick up their dogs mid-day for walks while they are away at work, so they will have to trust you with a key and access to their house.  Being bondable will be a big selling point for you.
