How Cold for a walk

Just wondering I walk Willson every morning before work and today it is 17 out with a positive wind chill of 7 is that too cold, the wind was not blowing at all but he was budging in his walk and he has not done that in a long time.

Any advice ?????? Other than that everything else is great

That's my concern, too, and I have read that even one drop licked from the floor can be fatal.

Butter is a big guy(80lbs). We walked for more than 30 minutes even during the coldest weather last winter. It was around -15C(5F).
