How to block user?

I had someone make a comment on my profile and it seems fishy how can I block them?

I always find these things amusing and ridiculous. But then I have to routinely talk my mother off the ledge after she reads some spam email saying her amazon or apple account was compromised. 

My rules for her: If it sounds like it was written by someone to whom English is not their first language, it's spam. Don't send anyone money ever. Just don't. It's spam. Don't click links in unsolicited emails. It's spam. She also forwards me anything she's still not sure about. It's always spam. I'm a little afraid that someday I'm going to have to revoke her internet license.

Yeah I got the same thing I hope they kicked them off the website already

This is the oldest scam on the books; this has been going around by email for more than 20 years. 
As for what to do about it, my response to someone else above:

I did it, but for the future:
You copy the offending comment and then paste it in a message to the administrator. At the bottom of this page (and every page here on DK, on the right side of the orange area, there is a link "Report An Issue". Click that to send a message.

You can delete any comment someone leaves on your page by clicking the little "X" next to it.
