Howlween costume ideas

My 28 year old daughter (lives in Baltimore, MD) wants me to make her and her dog either matching costumes or costumes that go with each other - any great ideas out there?

I can't even imagine trying to get that on Fudge :) She has trouble with a hat....LOL!

This is my friend's dog, Tammy the Golden Retriever, dressed up as a lion for a dogfood commercial.
