Okay, East Coasters.... when you can please check in with us. I'm up in the middle of the night on the west coast, watching the news and wondering how all of you are doing!

Whew! Such a scary time. Thank heavens they are okay.

Good news about Shelly.

I just heard that this nor'easter is coming farther inland than originally thought. 5-8 inches of snow and 50 mile/ hour winds. Roads will be bad by rush hour! Storm surges of 8-12 ft. Same track as Sandy! What a nightmare! Praying that everyone keeps their power and / or gets power and has shelter. Stay safe all!

I just heard this too Cheryl.  Here we go again.

I've got the phone co. here now connecting the lines from the last storm! Just got gas, this time for the snow blower and the snow has started! Stay safe everyone!

I've been watching all the coverage of the devastation and it breaks my heart to see so many people hurting. To have a winter storm come at this time is just mind boggling. I pray that there is no more damage and that everyone stays safe.

My sentiments exactly.

Leslie - thrilled and just a bit jealous you have your power back! It's the little things we have taken for granted - WOL!! A neighbor or mine just emailed me that she is annoyed that she threw out everything in her freezer - she could just have left it in her kitchen and it would never have thawed.
I don't know how you stayed without the heat! My SIL had to go get some more supplies (and Samantha's ball) yesterday and our thermostat read 44 degrees!
Have you heard anything about our beach romp areas? Yes, I know that is selfish in the overall scheme of things but dreams of us playing on the beach and watching the sheer joy on our doodles faces helps pass the time and keeps me from having a meltdown.
Can't wait to see everyone at any place we can romp!!!

Adrianne, I can't believe you still don't have power.  This has been quite an ordeal for you and so many others.  I'm so sorry.....wish there was more I could do.  Most stores in our area are collecting to send supplies to the hard hit locations, and everyone seems very passionate about helping our coastal neighbors.  Keep your chin...and paws....up.  Thinking of youl

I know other people still without power too. It's unbelievable.

As of this morning my doodles were romping in the yard and I hope I can say that Friday. Everyone is welcome but I hope I can't offer ocean views : )

I sure hope they get to your area soon. What a long haul it has been!
