I thought that in honor of Father's Day this week-end it might be fun to post pictures of not only our Father's, but our Doodle's Father's (Human) as well. So, I'll go first. Here is a picture of my Father (with his babies), along with a picture of Lucy and Sophie and Foster Topper with their Doodle Daddy!
I'll add my tribute to my father. He passed away last week - a day after my parents' 63rd anniversary. His "Celebration of Life" is today - two days before Father's Day. My dad lived life with ENTHUSIASM!!! You can see the joy for life in his face as he receives a kiss from his "grand-daughter", Sedona!!! Oops, can't seem to get the picture uploaded. It's in my photos on my page if you're interested.
I am soooo sorry for your loss. My father passed away in December at the age of 91. You would have never guessed he was 91. I, too, have a picture of hime being kissed by our Allie and it is a picture I treasure the most. It is the last picture taken of him. Again I am sooo sorry.
I'm so sorry to hear about your Father's Passing. It is even harder when you have to then associate it with a holiday. We delayed my DH's Mother's Funeral so as not to have it on Mother's Day! I love the picture of your Father on your page! He does look like he lived life with Enthusiasm. You must have so many wonderful memories to cherish! 63 years, that is a marriage to be proud of!
I am so sorry. I lost my dad a few years ago and still miss him so much. He was technologically so far ahead of his time that every time I get on the computer and see how much I have learned, I think of him.
