Is it too soon?

Thinking of getting one, maybe two dogs, not to replace the ones we lost a month ago, but to have some place to put all of this doodle love we have.I think in the past week, we've been approached by at least 5 people and or organizations with dogs who need homes. Fence guys came today- new and knocked out fence due middle of next week...is it too soon??

I have always believed that the dog ,we just lost, would want us to give the love to another one.

Adopt an unwanted doodle or two.  They need it and you need them.
