The Slo-Bowl by Kyjen
This week we'll be giving away Slo-Bowls for your speed eating doodles.  The bowls come in various style and help your doodle slow down with eating, which reduces his risk of bloat.  The folks at Kyjen (makers of Slo-Bowls) are going to give us several to give away so you stand a decent chance of winning one for your doodle!

Thanks, Adina! I'm tempted to try since Willow is the champion speed eater. But like you said, better safe than sorry... we'll have to stick with mixing yogurt with kibble so that her meal is not "inhale-able".

Perhaps put some objects or a can in her bowl for her to eat around.....

I put half of her big Kong toy food dispenser into the bowl, well it was interesting. She slirped up the kibble around the thing and then spent ten minutes fishing it out of the bowl to find the hidden kibble. You can only imagine how surprised she was to find that it was empty and not all there.  Back to letting her knock around the food dispenser.

I would love a slo bowl - actually I have been thinking about buying one to try and then ordering a second. Clancy and Gordie love their Orijen so much that they practically inhale it.  I would love to slow them down a bit.
