IS YOUR DOODLE NAKED?

Most of you know that Guinness and Murphy REFUSE to wear “clothes” of any kind and are members of the Naked Doodles Club.  They have agreed that in order to help Midnight get his new hips for XMAS they will proudly wear a DRC bandanna!   How about your Doodles, will they join Guinness and Murph?

Frannie Spector (www.iceboxonline.com) has generously donated 150 bandannas to help Midnight get his XMAS wish!  If your Doodle wants to “sport” one and help Midnight at the same time, you can purchase a bandanna for $7.00 (which includes the shipping
and handling cost).  If we sell all 150 bandannas, we should be able to add almost $750 to the Midnight’s fund.  

All you have to do is go to the “Chip In” tab (http://www.doodlekisses.com/forum/topics/midnight-needs-new-hips-for) and donate $7.00.   Just purchase through Paypal , type “bandanna” in the notes section, and your Doodle’s DRC bandanna will be on it’s way to you.

Nina Whitefield (www.doggiebgoode.com/index.html) has agreed to do all the shipping and handling for us.  We are so grateful to both Frannie and Nina for their overwhelming commitment and support.  Here’s a picture of Frannie and Nina with the coveted Hopeless Doodle Addict trophy and the DRC bandanna.  You absolutely MUST have one of these for your Doodle, right?

As you receive your bandannas, we’d love it if you could post a picture of your Doodle wearing it.  You can post it right in this discussion.  After a few weeks, when we’re pretty sure everyone has received their DRC bandanna we’ll put together a collage (or a few collages) of all our “no longer naked” Doodles.  I think this could be really fun for all of us, and I know that it will help us to get Midnight his “XMAS hips”.

NO! Silly. Do you want me to get boring? Okay. 80% of CA population is in a 3 county area. A Huge Population in comparison to any state and all of your huge population is the most concentrated in this small area.
Your ports and shipping hubs are also all the way towards the coast. Few main highways go into this area. Backed up against the side of the state so to speak. All has to come in before it goes out to surrounding areas. You are South of this hub. So it comes in, then goes out. But, the shipping to support this area is also immense in comparison to most other areas. Size, Volume, Access.... makes sense? .

Now think of New York. Many roads converge into this city from the West, North, and South. Their shipping, access, and distribution flow faster.

Aren't you glad you asked? Actually it was a great project and I enjoyed studying the North Ridge Earthquake. All of you are up against the wall out there but you do a much better job than the rest of the US by comparison. Your mail is just slow...that's all.n Good grief :) But after all this time I thought you should know.

Okay, I think I get it but I do live right near the airport and the harbor so between airlines and boats one would think things might get here faster...well, not by boat.

And now...back to NAKEDNESS...Gracie Doodle will remain naked until her bandana arrives! Then there will be many photos to share!

Access to S. CA--you are against the wall so to speak and have to fight millions just to deliver.

Well, Tara has been watching the mail every day waiting for her BANDANA!! It came on Saturday and I did have a disappointed Doodle Girl when she saw that she had received a BOY"S BANDANA (as she calls it). Yes, it is GREY and this girl does not wear grey EVER!! So she has been in a funk and refused to wear it. We have been discussing it all weekend and FINALLY found a solution to the problem...a little bling makes all things better. :)

Also, tell her, grey is not a boy's color! I wear a lot of grey, and I am definitely not a boy! And you can also tell her it's not grey, it's silver!

Hey there little TaraBaby...I just finished photographing Gracie Doodle in her bright pink bandana. Her favorite color is teal or turquoise but she is looking pretty good. I put a flower in her hair but not sure that it will be the one I post. Just wanted you to know that you look smokin' hot in that gray bandana with the bling on it. Right now I have on gray pants and a charcol (sp) gray sweater jacket. I am really into gray this year. Light and dark combined. You are totally stylin' my little girl! Gray is NOT a boy color...especially the light gray. If boys wear it they only wear the really dark stuff. I love your first picture and I just know that Little Bandy is gonna go crazy when he sees you. He may start up a Doodle Train just so he can come out and see you!!!! I would love to be in on that one for sure...hee hee!
