July & August Photo Slide Show Themes
Each Thursday we feature a new set of photos for our front page slide show based on a theme. Below are the upcoming themes for our front page slide show for July & August 2013. If you'd like to participate and see your doodle featured in the slide show, simply upload a fitting photo (one per doodle) that fits the theme and add the correct tag (see below). The dates below refer to when the Thursday the slide show will be showing. This means your photo must be uploaded & tagged by the Wednesday before by 8pm Pacific time.
July 4: Fourth of July ....................... tag = 4th13
July 11: Hats and Shades .................. tag = hats13
July 18: Grazing in the Grass ............. tag = grazing13
July 25: Lakes, Rivers, Oceans, etc ....tag = waters13
August 1: Hot Dogs ........................... tag = hot13
August 8: Landmarks ........................ tag = landmark13
August 15: Dirty ............................... tag = dirty13
August 22: Camping ......................... tag = camping13
August 29: Picnics ............................ tag = picnics13
The best way to upload a photo is to go to the Photo tab at the top of any page. Then click "+Add" and that will allow you to select a photo to upload. After it has uploaded you'll have a chance to title it, write a description and add some tags. Please make sure your tag for the slide show theme is in all lowercase letters. I don't know of any farms where I can pick those. Today was the first picking day at a local blueberry farm. That's where we got 14 lbs, so I'm freezing most of them.

I can see by. I fell I love with Marionberries on a trip out your way years ago but we can only get them frozen here.
