Just a quick hello

[Jennifer and Jack]

I just wanted to say hi, hopefully I will catch up on the important stuff in the next week or so, I got quite ill a few days before Thanksgiving which lead me to being intubated and in ICU for five and six days.

 

I am in great hands, my mom has taken great care of me, my dad is flying in this coming week, and then I will be back with my mom.

 

Jack stayed with my mom and Molly the whole time I was in the hospital and only ate one time. He is doing well though and I am making my way back to being stronger.

 

I will tell you I have been blessed with the best friends on the face of the earth and many of them I met through The Paw Pad which is where Jack came from,. I will just say doodle people are the kindest people on the face of the earth.

 

Hope to be back to my normal crazy posting self soon, I have a bunch of funny dog stories to share.

THanks Sharon, I don't pray near what I used to but I do believe very much in the power of prayer. I know when they were having a hard time getting me off the breathing machine people from Africa and all over the world were praying for me, you can read it on my FB page.

You and Jack have been very missed here on DK! It's not the same without you! I'm so glad Jack had your mom and Molly to spend the days with. I have been wondering how he was coping with you in the hospital. Continuing to pray that you will get stronger and stronger. Hugs and doodle kisses for both of you from the three of us.

Thank you Bonnie and Thank you for writing on my facebook too. I only recently have been able to read my facebook wall and the walls of my friends asking and begging for prayers, it has left me emotional to say the least but I did see your responses.

 

Your prayers are working I am getting stronger each day. Today I noticed the most improvement.

I had been wondering about you!!  I kinda live in my own little world sometime and just realized yesterday that you hadn't been on!  I really hope that you are starting to feel better and will be able to enjoy the holidays.  I am sure Jack missed you like crazy and I'm so glad your Mom has been able to be there for him, and you.  Please take care of yourself! I will pray for you to get your strength back and recover as quickly as possible!
