So far we have had 84cms of snow fall since last night and it is still falling….this is the view from our back deck.

This from our front door….there are two cars in the driveway somewhere...

And this is the path hubby shovelled for Sulley and Molly to do their business….

Could be worse, we have power and internet!!

Well it is sunny this morning and hubby has the day off again….at least until the plow goes by!

Oh my. Can't imagine the dogs were happy either. Last year, we had almost ½ inch of snow and you would have thought we had an avalanche according to the dogs reactions. Casey didn't even seem to notice it at all, but Cody took one step in it and backed out like - oh no - not gonna happen. Now mind you, this is the same dog who LOVES to,splash in mud puddles when it rains. My dachshunds were not pleased at all to get their poor little toes frosty in the snow. Thankfully, we don't have snow here often and when we do, it typically melts before the day is gone. However, I would happily trade a bit of our 100 degree summer days for a bit of snow come July and August.

Ugh, it is snowing here in Ontario today too, although not as much as you got!! Is it ever going to end?? I am longing for spring, but we also need a slow melt to avoid flooding - we have a lot of snow out there to go. Here's hoping for a good summer this year!
