Noah used to be the bad boy that tried to mark on a person, but he was neutered a few weeks ago and now he keeps getting peed on at the dog park! Part of it is his fault because he seems to have bad timing and is always sniffing a dog when the dog goes to lift his leg. I'm not even sure how this keeps happening because Noah is now one of the biggest and tallest dogs at the little dog park. But this morning, he was sniffing the ground where another dog must have marked, and a dog came over and lifted his leg all over Noah's head, poor guy. I sure hope this is a phase! I'm hesitant to bring him back to the park because he got peed on last night and again this morning! What's going on? Can the other dogs tell he's a young puppy and they don't like him? He's not aggressive nor dominant at the park, he just likes to play and run around. This never happened with my other dog...
LOL! Poor Noah! I've seen some other dogs are the park who have gotten peed on & it seems to be more of a timing thing to me. You know what they say about curiosity & the cat is better translated into curiosity & the doodle ;)
I have no helpful advice but I'm curious, what does Noah do after he gets peed on? Does he seem upset or is it just all good to him? :)
poor guy :-(
Although by what you've said above, it sounds like it's more poor you because he doesn't even notice! LOL!! I agree about the timing. Rosco has been close to peeing on smaller dogs or puppies... But it's always because they happen to sniff around him at the wrong time.
