Labradoodle and goldendoodle

I have a question....which dog do you like the most labradoodle or goldendoodle and why? I want a puppy and I am trying to figure it out which one is the best for me. I grew up with poodles. Please help me. I would appreciate. Thank you.

I have a goldendoodle and I love him, but I didn't really look at the labradoodles, so not much help sorry. Good luck with whatever choice you make. :)

We had two Golden Retrievers before we got our doodles so it was never a consideration... we just went with Godlendooodles. We loved our Goldens. I am sure others have opinions but the other threads I have read on this site seem pretty inconclusive.

I think people are going to say they like whichever one they have better. We all love our dogs, and you will not find anyone here who will say they wish they had gotten the other type of doodle. They are very, very similar, anyway.

I would agree with Karen. It is a personal preference. For us, I raised and bred Goldens for many years. When we lost our last Go,den, it was a easy choice. I wanted the Golden without the shedding. Thankfully, our Enzo is everything I had hoped for.

Definitely a personal preference. I have two labradoodles I love but I am sure if I had two Goldendoodles I'd love them too.

We have one of each and they are both lovable and adorable. I couldn't choose between them. Just find the best breeder based on the guidelines here on 'what to look for in breeder' and look at both breeds. That way you have more choice in your area. Be prepared to travel for the best one if necessary. Best of luck.
