Currently our dog August who is 2 years and 7 months old is eating Natures variety Duck and Turkey formula. 1/2 a cup in the morning and 1/2 cup in the evening for 1 cup total. She gets treats throughout the day and is a pretty active dog. We just started giving her CET enzymatic oral hygienic chews.The vet says she is a bit overweight. Do you think it might be due to her food? Any recommendations on feeding would be greatly appreciated.

Without knowing August's current weight and the exact formulas you are feeding, it's impossible to say if you are overfeeding her, but one cup of kibble per day is hardly a lot of food, and really wouldn't be enough to sustain most doodles other than the very smallest minis. What else is she getting in the way of treats & chews?
