Lazy puppy....

Should I be concerned?  My puppy is so calm and so lazy it worries me.  Every oppertunity he has he lays down and trys to take a nap.  He is 6 1/2 months old I will tell you a little about our daily routine.  We live in a condo and dont have a yard he is indoors only. 
Tuesday through Friday 6am walk 45 min, feed and put in crate. 
12pm walk 45min, feed and put in pin.
4pm walk 1 1/2 walk feed and hang out with family in livingroom and watch tv and play a little with toys.  8pm bedtime and back in crate. 
Saturday through Monday spend all day with mom and dad hanging in house going for car rides park, beach, visiting family or just hanging out in house.   Sleeps every chance he can. Eating much less about 60% 0f what he use to eat. And not that interested in eating at all.
He was nuetered about 30 days ago and silly puppy energy is gone.  I have a very calm, sweet, well mannered puppy who acts more like an old dog than a 6 month old puppy. 
Please share your thoughts.  Is something wrong?

As always,  I am so grateful for all of your feedback.  First time puppy mommy so I worry.  I am grateful and I will enjoy my calm puppy.  I will cut back on his food and exercise and call the Vet today.  thanks a bunch!!!

I just saw your post and your Jackson reminds me of our ALD Charlie.  However, Charlie is now 1 yr 11 mos old. Even as a puppy he was a little old soul and not that interested in walking.  He would rather just hang out with people!  He only like to walk about 30 minutes once a day and generally half way through that walk he will stop and look at me as if to say "can we go home now".  He eats Wellness Core and on some days turns his nose up to that and wants Taste of the Wild and he enjoys the variety.  It does not seem to upset his tummy in the least and he is eats very slowly chewing each piece!  He eats 1.75 cups per day and maintains his weight.

I think some are just couch potatoes and I am very thankful that ours is. 

BTW - Jackson is a very cute doodle!
