Lil Girl UPDATE!

As promised, here is the latest on Lil Girl. Chris snf Lil Girl are still in the car on their way home. 'This is what I know - 

The Shelter took excellent car of LG!! The had her groomed and she is now shaved but we all know that hair grows back. The shelter staff loved her so much she stayed with the staff in the front office as much as possible. 

Turns out her name is Lucy. Chris is thinking of calling her Libby, short for Liberty. I just love it!!!

Chris will be posting pictures tomorrow - she will be on the road over 6 hours today so we can let her slide - WOL!!! 

Since Chris is a member here in DK we will have the honor of following how Libby/.LG is doing!!

That big, beautiful doodle nose is almost as wide as her tiny neck.  She's going to be gorgeous with some good nutrition!

OMD, this poor girl is so malnourished.  I'm so thankful that she's getting a second chance.

Isn't it amazing that she mad it through the surgery considering how malnourished she looks?? Guess the Doodle G-ds are watching over her!!!!

Bless her sweet doodle heart and it looks like Charli is already looking after her.  She has the cutest face and is ready for some good love and affection.  So happy you have her and she will be a great, great Doodle:)

Lonnie - my Charli is black also and I wish I could say that Libby is recouping here with us but she is with Chris in Illinois and I am in NJ. Chris's doodle Gretje is being a fantastic foster sibling and watching out for her.

Oh my goodness, Libby is thin!  I am sure that Chris will have her in good shape in no time.  Looks like Gretje is being a great friend.
