Lily gets spayed on May 6th

I am not sure how I will keep my dogs from playing after Lily is spayed.  Vet said three weeks with no hard play.  I know from experience they may sleep a bit more the couple days after the procedure but then what?  Three weeks is a long time to keep her from playing.  Any ideas?

Ten days was all my Vet said.  Seda was running around after a week.  Just make sure the incision is well closed before she starts rough housing.
