Maggie has a knot

We had Maggie fixed about 6 weeks ago. Today I noticed 2 knots on her belly. They feel like marbles. They are not causing her any pain. Any ideas?

Could be internal sutures. Is there any swelling, redness, oozing?

Personally, I'd call the vet and ask if it is anything to be concerned about.  I know mine had some internal stitches, but they didn't feel like marbles.

I still have a knot from a c-section 27 years and 1 day ago :)

Dory had a little knot too and when I took her to the vet they said it was literally a knot from the thread used to sew her back up.  As with most things, it bothered me more than it did her.
