Good Morning everyone ..... a little over 12 hours ago Miss Somer came into our lives via Sue Cooper! She went to Pittsburgh and drove over 6 hours to bring her to us just outside of Columbus! Just as all of you were convincing me that males were more affectionate, along comes Somer! I've had more kisses in the last 12 hours than you can imagine. She is such a sweet little girl. She is just over a year old, an F2 Labradoodle who is being re-homed. I won't say that it has been a seamless transition, but it hasn't been too bad (you might see some posts from 4 am this morning). We will be tracking our story and updating our successes (or failures) on the DRC website so if you want, come on over and keep up with us! Right now we are headed into the utility room to see how we do with brushing and a bath!
That is so funny Karen because I was going to send you an e-mail because I remembered you were looking at that other black doodle! She is a huggy, kissey, lap sitter! A very easy groom. She would be so lucky to get to come live with you and JackDoodle!
I wondered what happened. I was called to Doodle Train if needed and I left a "Yes" message. Now suddenly she is already with you. Good Thing to know she made it and is safe. Sue Cooper is a Trooper.
Right...she would be very lucky to have eighty-some pounds of jealous doodle hurled at her every time she approached me, and all of her bones and toys stolen. And then you can all send me a care-package in the hospital when she does manage to get herself close to me, and the big blonde one throws himself on top of both of us
