Meg is a LAPradoodle
Meg is never satisfied laying next to me on the couch, she started out as a cuddler with her head and a paw draped over my leg. Now she tries to sit on my lap or if I have me legs up she lays on top of the length of them. Even when I mover her over she scooches around until her entire chest, front legs and head are on my lap. She weighs 58#'s right now and is more than a lap full. Since she is already 7 1/2 months old I am not sure how much more she might grow but I need to convince her that I still love her even if she is not ON my lap. Anyone else have a doodle that NEEDS to be a lapdog?

Lapradoodle lol! We need a picture Judy! We have a four on the floor rule in the house, but I have gathered all 75lbs of him into my lap on occasion (wink, wink):

LOVE that picture...makes think I may need to stop this habit before it gets worse. Honestly she puts my legs to sleep but I love that she wants to cuddle that much.

Luna HAS to be touching someone if she is on the couch with us. She is a smaller doodle though (35 lb.) so there's enough room for her there with us. If you lie down on the couch though, this is what happens:

Luna looks very much like Meg...Meg is just now growing longer and denser coat, she will be wirey instead of fluffy.

Haley is a LAPradoodle, all 60+ pounds of him. He gave up on my lap several years ago except when I am sitting on the floor legs spread then he curls up between them with his head on one leg. Or, when there is thunderstorm he will try to get in my lap. It just doesn't work. But with my DH it is another story.
