Minocycline & Probiotic

Has anyone had any experience with Minocycline? Marshall has an upper respiratory issue. Just a runny nose and sneezing for 6 days- no coughing. But not improving. He's fine otherwise. We saw his Vet today and he prescribed this antibiotic to prevent a secondary infection, because it's been a week. I thinks it's a virus- he does doggy day care a couple days a week. I have provable DC and know how to give with antibiotics. However, the RX says no diary. But I am assuming the probiotic is still ok- given hours apart?? Just thought I'd throw it out here. I haven't started it yet. I will start after breakfast tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

Thanks F. He really doesn't seem that sick but I trust his Vet. Just hoping these antibiotics don't make him have other issues- like tummy. We been through a lot already this year!!

I agree with F, there shouldn't be any problem with the Proviable. 

Minocycline makes me dizzy. I don't know if it has that effect on dogs.
