Pam and I are big-time animal lovers, so we wanted to share again - please consider sharing this on your own FB page! Thank you :): Asking you to share and help one last time. BeeGee is still missing. Her brother, Patchy, was found on Monday along Arnoldstown Road with a shotgun wound. He should make a full recovery. Someone out there knows whether or not we should continue looking for BeeGee. Please call 301-302-5104 with any information - no questions asked, all tips will remain anonymous.

How sad. My son's tiny rescue beagle had, among other things, an abscess which turned out to be connected to a beebee pellet in her flank. People are so cruel at times.
From what I read on FB, it is hunting season in the area where these dogs lived, so I'm hoping that the gunshot was accidental. I can't even imagine how terrifying it would be to have one dog, let alone two, out loose in the winter, even without people running around with guns. I hope the dog is found unharmed, and soon.
I hope it was an accident. I wish hunters would at least not shoot anything they couldn't see perfectly well.
F, They just go CRAZY!!! They stop their trucks in the middle of the highway, run up and down road and other irrational things. I hate hunting season. : (
Not all hunters behave that way. The ones that do should not be allowed to hunt. It is irresponsible and a disgrace to the rest of us.
F, they aren't supposed to. I don't understand what is wrong with some people. I also don't understand why you would want to shoot something you couldn't see perfectly well.
I hope they find BeeGee and that she is ok.
I was going to ask why the heck the dog had a gunshot wound but I didn't think about hunting season. I once saw a craigslist post for a lost dog in my town. It said "I know dogs do stupid things so I understand if you had to shoot him, but please just let me know if you did so I know what happened to him."
