I will try to post video of this if I can, but Sadie has learned a CHARMING new trick--or I should say she's taught me a new trick. Our local dog park is very large and has many trails and also many muddy puddles and ponds after it rains. The other day Sadie started to head straight for one of the big mudholes, so I distracted her with the tennis ball (usually we take a lap around the trails and then go to the field for ball time--we've lost too many balls through the fence while on the trail). Ever since that ONE TIME, she runs straight for the mud every morning and won't stop--even if I yell for her to stop--unless I pull out the tennis ball. She literally stands right next to the mud and waits for me to show her the ball. And nothing else will stop her from taking that step--even if I turn around and walk away. I am so well trained!

LOL...Sadie is one smart Doodle :) Fudge has learned to push the ball under the gate so it rolls down the driveway and I have to fetch. Yes, we are both well trained.
