Nationwide insurance vs. Pet Plan?

I have read quite a few threads about pet plan, but haven't seen any about the Nationwide Whole Health with Wellness Plan. 

It seems like between fecal tests for worms, shots and heart worm protection plus neutering him the first year would cover the cost of the plan easily. 

Maybe neutering is an exclusion. I haven't been able to find the complete lists of exclusions yet.

Does anybody have experience with Nationwide?

Kat, I haven't seen any discussions on Nationwide and this is the first I have heard of them. That doesn't mean much, but I didn't want to ignore this post.
