I'm glad he's home and doing okay. Now the trick will be keeping him quiet.
I don't know about Doodles but when we had our Standard Poodle neutered he really didn't act different. The vet tech came out and gave us instructions to keep him calm and settled down, meanwhile when she brought him back out to me he was practically dragging her down the hallway and wanted to jump over the little gate the had set up. Keeping him calm was pretty difficult!
I believe they suggest no bathing for 10 days after as well!
My little doodle man is only 9 weeks right now, but that's what it was like with our standard poodle. He didn't seem to be in any pain but they did give us pain meds just in case. I gave them to him..but he really didn't seem to need it.
