Okay to ALL experiencing this issue. Please read this very carefully and follow the instructions exactly and hopefully you can get this resolved. IF you do all this and it still does not work then you'll need to let me know individually and specify:
-- WHICH notifications you are NOT receiving and which ones you ARE receiving?
-- How long has this been going on?
Okay on to troubleshooting:
1) Check your settings. BE SURE YOUR SETTINGS ARE CORRECT for receiving notifications. Be sure ALL boxes are checked for the notifications you want to receive and that the LAST box is NOT checked and that after you look at your notifications page and you see it is correct hit SAVE again just to be sure.
2) Be sure stuff is not being sent to your SPAM folder in your real life email. Because you may be getting lots of emails from DoodleKisses.com it is possible your email provided has started to block some or all of them as 'spam'. It may send it to a folder called "Junk" or "Junk Mail," or "Spam," or even straight to your Trash folder. Check inside these folders to see if any messages sent from your DoodleKisses.com are there. If there are any messages, make sure that you mark them as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" so that your email client knows that future messages from DK are valid. Once this is done, head to step 3.
3) Check to be sure that DoodleKisses.com email messages are not blacklisted in your email client, ISP or your company firewall.
DoodleKisses.com sends email from 4 different possible addresses: mail @ doodlekisses.com, do-not-reply @ doodlekisses.com, share @ doodlekisses.com, invitations @ doodlekisses.com -- Make sure that none of these addresses are blocked by your email provider, ISP or company firewall. You can also add these addresses to your trusted contact list (whitelist) to ensure messages sent from them are delivered correctly.
4) Change your email address if the above makes no difference:
As a last resort, you can change the email address you have listed with DK to a new email address (a real one you have that is =)) And see if that gives you notifications.
Okay--so please follow steps 1-4 and if none of this makes a difference to your receipt of notifications please contact me privately with the info I asked for above.
