Normal or not?

Hi guys! I haven't been on the site in a while... man how life just gets so busy!

 

I'm curious if any of you have experienced what we are experiencing -- in the past 3 bags of food that we have bought (TOTW Salmon) we have found random pieces (2 or 3 per bag) of kibble that are different shapes/sizes. I"m assuming this isn't a huge deal, as I can imagine during mass production of food, a few pieces may get mixed in, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before. Should I be concerned?

You may want to post this in the Food Group, I know there a lots of members feeding TOTW.  Or do a search on TOTW in the food group may be helpful too.

I think most premium kibbles are not all exactly the same size pieces, but if you see pieces that are so radically different in shape, size, or color that you would notice these three tiny pieces out of pounds of kibble, I would put them in an envelope and mail them to the manufacturer with a note asking about it.

We feed TOTW Salmon and I haven't noticed any differences in the kibble.
