Oral hygiene products?

What are your fave oral hygiene products for your doodle? Right now we're just using a toothbrush and toothpaste, but he still gets stinky breath at times. In the past, with our rough collie, I also used the C.E.T. chews. Are those ok for doodles? There are so many products out there, like solutions you can add to their water, and so on. Hard to know what works and what is a rip-off! Thanks in advance.

I think the CET chews are fine, and I know several people using them.

Brushing the teeth is the method that my vet has recommended as being safest and most effective for keeping the teeth clean and free of tartar.

I use PetzLife oral care gel to brush the boys teeth and I find it an excellent product. Boris doesn't like a brush so I use a cloth and rub it on. Riley is happy for me to brush. Both boys have no tartar or bad breath. I don't give them any chew except antlers.

I just brush Luna's teeth every night right after mine.  That way I don't forget :)
