It's horrible.  My daughters are starting to feel jealous.  Every time they see a box from Chewy.com, they roll their eyes and say, "Not again!"

Hate when that happens! It might be worth contacting them. Perhaps they'd be willing to give you a credit towards a future order...

I agree, email/call and ask!  Can't hurt to try.  I am so impressed with their customer service...it is very refreshing these days to have a company cater to your every whim!

   I actually just got a call, and an email from them, saying one of the treats I ordered ( and wanted to try, which is on the DK recommended list) Wet Noses, was out of stock.  In order to get my shipment out, they were deleting it from the order.  Did I want a replacement, or wait until it comes into stock AND there would be no shipping charges for anything else I ordered, even tho it would be a stand alone.  I emailed them back and said, just add another bag of one of the treats (Plato), which actually costs more.  They came back to me and said, they would only charge me the Wet Noses price ( a $3.00 difference) since it was their fault they were out of stock.

Though I don't have my puppy yet, I'm glad to hear about Chewy.com's sale and customer service.  Plus, I love that little chocolate-headed doodle, Jennifer!

Truffle has loved the duck - we've started using them for hide & seek because they're nice and fragrant. We haven't tried the others yet, but the next bag in our cabinet is bison.
