OT/Need help on burning a DVD

I need some help. If anyone has burned a DVD from smile box can you please explain to me how. I thought I had burned a DVD, but the person I give it to couldn’t get it to work. I would like for her to be able to use it for back to school night!

Not sure if you can...but I am clueless on DVD things. Is it possible to just show the smilebox slide show right from the website? Are they hooked up to a computer with internet? If so you could just have them have everything ready, website pulled up, smilebox on pause and GO! at the right time.

I've made several DVD's from Smilebox. I have a MacBook which comes with IDVD as standard software. When I click that I want to create a DVD on Smilebox, my IDVD application comes up and burns it. I give them to the whole family, and nobody has ever had a problem playing them back. What is your DVD burning software?

Thanks for the reply. I have an Hp. I guess you could so I 'm a using and don't understand alot of thing. I will try it again. I know it saved it to my drive.I was using window media player. I ended up emailing her with it and she was able to see it. But I love smilebox and would love to save the videos for my girls.
