My puppy who I think came from a good breeder has worms. First i was told by the vet she had roundworms and hookworms. She was treated for that. When I took back another stool sample it came back she had Coccidia parasites. I am begining to think maybe it had something to do with the  breeder. What do you think.

Yes, it has everything to do with the breeder. The doodle breeders will tell you that all puppies have parasites, they get them from their mothers, etc., but that simply isn't true. It has to do with having too many dogs and puppies all using the same "facilities" and wandering around outdoors being exposed to all kinds of things, and a lack of cleanliness. Of course, picking up poop immediately, keeping things spotless, isolating puppies from other dogs, and supervising outdoor activities is nearly impossible to do when you have multiple dogs and litters, which is usually the case when people are breeding solely to sell puppies.

I thought I did a good job picking out a breeder. Poor, poor Morgan. She under a vets care. Thank you.
