Paw Covers for rainy weather

Just curious if anyone puts on covers, boots, etc...??  Living here in the Pacific NW we have rain more than sun and I'm constantly having to dry her feet after every visit outside.  I went to Petco today and they had some that literally looked like deflated balloons (latex) and I put one on in the store and it definetly would not work for us - she hated it!  Curious if anyone has had any luck with a certain brand?  Any suggestions?

Kami - I bought those "latex" balloons for Allies paws - they are terrible! Allie hates them and it is SUCH a dramatic hassle trying to get them on her!

This is what the vet ordered for Murphy when he injured his paw. It worked very well, but would be expensive for all 4 feet.

Once you get used to putting muttlucks on your doodle it is really pretty quick. We live in LA and I use the muttlucks for hiking or walking on asphalt when it is very hot (Cocoa has very tender paws). The first couple of times I put them on her we were on the trail ready to hike and she was so eager to hike that she didn't complain. Now she is very accustomed to them and waits nicely to have them put on. They're not cheap, though, and it would be disapointing if you bought them and she refused to walk in them...
