Petsmarts "Pet Hotel"

Has anyone used or knows someone that has used them for boarding? We're going to be visiting my Mom in Pittsburgh next month and need to board Gus and Lily for a couple nights. We usually would use one in our area, but I hate having to pay for an extra nights since we will be leaving to early (before they would open)to drop them off and getting back to late Sunday to pick them up. The Petmart place seems nice and is priced the same. They also have staff on site over night.

I've never heard of this service so I'll be curious to read the replies! We're new to our area so we unfortunately don't know anyone well enough to ask them to stay at our house with Bernie, which would be ideal. If you end up using them I'd really appreciate a review!

Just to give everyone an update. We just got home from Pittsburgh and used the PetsMart PetHotel in Monroeville, PA. It was a great experiance. Gus and Lilly seemed to have a good time. Of course everyone there loved them. But who doesn't love doods? We dropped them off on Friday afternoon and picked them up at 11:30 this morning to drive back to Maryland. The "rooms" they were in were nice. They each had a 4x6 space that were back to back and the back wall between them open up to make one large room. The were in the atrium type that had plexigasss instead of a metal cage. We opted for a individual play session for them instead of the group play (mainly because Gus hasn't been playing well with other dogs lately). Also they had a bath special going, so when I picked them up this morning they were fresh and clean for the drive home. All total it came to $141.00 for the weekend. The best thing for me was the peace of mind we had knowing they were at least in the same city if something went wrong and not 5 hours away.
