Poop Deck

HELP! This is a picture of my new neighbors deck - it is about 200 yards away from mine. They moved in last month and have 3 dogs - a Yorki, a Bischon and a very cute Polish something or another. Help me to come up with a way to tell her that she must clean up the poop every time, not once or twice a week!
It's still Spring but can you imagine what it will be like in the Summer, OMD. They pee on those fake grass patches but the poop as you can see is everywhere. This is the after a day it was cleaned up. I don't want a feud but what can I do, if she doesn't clean up I am going to have to turn her in. She will know it's me who's complaining as I am the only one close enough to see it.

  Okay, I get it.   They will clean it up 4 times a year whether they need to or not. Right?  

Lisa,  keep records, journal  + pictures with dates on them.  It might be a long summer.  Then I would do the clipboard approach you mentioned. You can get your point across and keep the peace.  Let us know how it all turns out.  I'm interested.

I sent a picture to the Property Manager - he suggested I know on the door with the binder of rules as a board member, I did that while the deck was clean. Didn't even mention the poop but let her know I was a Board member and live right next door. She said "oh I have seen you out with your Daisy. Okay, well enjoy the day.

We will see if any changes - no poop again today on the deck - keeping my fingers crosses.
