Hi! I have a 13 week old doodle named, Sophie. She was 12 weeks when we got her, she stayed with the breeder a little longer to work on crate training. She has been great, 10 days accident free since we brought her home except tonight while I was vacuuming she peed right in front of me on the carpet. She was barking and running around the cleaner. Could the excitement or her being scared make her pee?

Maybe she was trying to tell you she had to go potty and couldn't hold it any more. Especially since she appears to be trained for the most part. I guess it could have been fear of the vacuum if she is not used to it.

I text the breeder too she thought that she probably didn't know what to do. I was so surprised cause she squatted and looked right at me like I'll show you. Lol. I just don't want to regress. Thank for the help!! Love this blog!!

If you left her at the breeders longer, you probably paid for extra training - that should have included exposure to household items - like vacuums, however this extra time often means nothing except more crate  time.  She might have been trying to tell you she had to go out or, she might have been very excited barking at the monster.   You won't know until you vacuum next.

Next time I will put her in the crate.
I feel like I make myself crazy watching her every move.

Yup!
