Puppy Acne/Pipples on Goldendoodle Face

We recently noticed a few white spots on Paddy's face that are clustered together in a group of 3. There is a group of 3 (almost in a triangle) underneath his mouth and then another group of 3 on his cheek right behind where his mouth ends. I tried to get a good picture but the lighting isn't that good.

They really look almost like they are white-head pimples and don't bother him when we poke at them to get a better look. I've done some searching on the internet and have seen that puppy acne is a common occurance so we are thinking this is what it is. Has anyone seen something like this on their doodles? If so - is there a way to treat it or do we just let it go away naturally?

I'd make sure to keep his face clean and wash his food and water bowls daily, but other than that, as long as it doesn't seem to be bothering him, I'd leave it alone. And if you're using plastic bowls, switch to ceramic or stainless steel, as the plastic bowls are easily scratched and can harbor bacteria.

Rip has had something like this recently - one on his muzzle (now gone) then on his back and side. They start flesh colored and felt like a round bump, then progressively reduced in size (probably oozed), produced a scab, and flaked off - all over the course of 2/3 wks? We were recently at vet and showed him the back scab and side bump. He took a close look/feel (I think he abraded it?) and declared it most likely folliculitis (ingrown hair) and that plain bacitracin could be used but it was so small he wouldn't do anything else. I cannot remember the name of the other possibility he mentioned it could be - something starting with an H. Anyway, I was asked to keep an eye and it should heal in a week, but if not it might need to come off. Since then (2 days) it's healed up nicely. :) in fact I posted about this as a discussion too, when it first started, with pics... Hope yours is nothing to worry about, too!
