It is always a conundrum figuring this stuff out when the parents aren't the same generation. I assume that you are most interested in non-shedding and are looking for more poodle in your dog? I will be interested in what others come up with for this because I am unsure whether the puppy technically is an F2 or F3 and whether you continue to keep the b in its designation.
F2 is F1xF1, that much I know for sure, lol.
I believe the generation would be an F3. often called a "multigen". If there is a litter like this that you are considering, why not ask the breeder what generation the pups of this breeding would be?
I'm not sure what to call it, but I would almost say something akin to F3b because there is more poodle than golden.
F2b's are 5/8 poodle and 3/8 golden
F1b's are 3/4 poodle and 1/4 golden
Your puppy will be the average in between these, so he/she will be 5.5/8 or 11/16 poodle, and 5/16 golden.
EDIT: Your pup is an F3bb because of the double backcross in the line. This is a good site for you to look at: http://www.cosmopolitandogs.com/about-goldendoodles
